4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Wow. This was really interesting. Not as crazy intense as you might expect but if you don’t enjoy hops you aren’t going to like what this brings to the table. Pours a deep amber with a nice white head. Big hops on the nose but of course that is to be expected. Very herbal indeed. Lots of hops on the palate but not just bitter, strong presence of floral and citrus notes from the hops as well. I was really expecting this beer to be over the top but it was really tasty. Complex and herbal. Worth a try.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
330ml bottle. Dark brown colour, hazy with lots of yeast carryover, foamy beige head leaving lacing and aroma of malt, toffee, orange hops. Taste is sweetish malty, caramel, toffee, with orange, citrus rind, woody pine, hop resins, grassy earthy bitter. Medium to full bodied, soft carbonation, lingering dry and very bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
August 15, 2014. Bottle, best before april 2016.
Pours light hazy amber/red with a large creamy off-white head. Aroma is grass, pine, citrus and caramel. Taste is light/medium sweet resin and caramel up front, increasing dry grassy bitterness leading to a very dry bitter finish with light caramel notes in the background. Medium bodied, mouthfeel is light sticky caramel together with dry grassy hops.

[5696-20130817] Bottle. Malty roasted leaves hops aroma. Hazy, brown orange body with a medium-lasting foamy off-white head. Bitter boozy leaves flavour has a long bitter hot finish. Medium-full body. Tasty but packs a kick in the pants. (7/3/7/3/16) 3.6

5 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 20/20
Aroma: grass, citrus, herbs; Appearance: dark pale red, medium vanishing head; Taste: heavy bitterness, medium sourness, medium sweetness; Palate: bitter finish, average carbonation, oily texture, medium body
Grandiose DIPA, with almost narcotic amount of hops (some bits even left in the beer), ravishing with bitterness yet still allowing the aroma and maltiness to build. Sip with caution! This beer is an experience.

Intensywny, przyjemny cytrusowy aromat. Fajna, trwala piana. Rubinowa barwa ale w piwie plywa duzo smieci. Bardzo gorzkie z dluga ale przyjemna gorycza.

0.33l Bottle share with friends, poured into a tulip glass. Really dark ruby color, slight carbonation bubbles visible with medium head. Extremely hoppy aroma, very fruity: Lots of grapefruit, oranges, grass. Taste is bitter all the way through. Extremely bitter, till the finish, and the bitterness is lingering for a very long time. Very smooth mouthfeel, foamy carbonation. A nice experience, but I wouldn’t be able to get through a whole bottle. I’m glad I tried it.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Delicious, but extremely bitter. Glowing hazy body that is a deep amber. A creamy tan bubbly head sits on top. The flavor is deeply toasty with a bitter grassy hop. Very bitter, but it had enough malt to provide some balance.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
330ml bottle from Beermoth. Pours amber with big frothy white head. Massive citrus and pine aroma. Taste is jarring and hugely bitter of course, but perhaps more drinkable and sweeter than expected due to a big pine DIPA character. Interesting and perhaps preferable over Brewdog’s Jackhammer.
