330ml bottle from Euston Tap. Reddish orange brown colour, good head. Flowery fruity hop aroma. Citrus fruit, biscuit & hop flavour. Very well balanced light but still flavorsome. This is a good IPA.

4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Cloudy dark orange with silky white head that stays for ages. Beautiful, amazing, fragrant peach/orange nose, with a bit of piney resinness. Orange and pine flavors, with a heavy pine finish. Loads of bitterness, but not too over the top. Really wonderful and complex.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
from Erzbierschof - cloudy dark blond beer with a long lasting white foam; fairly hoppy with notes of cream, mango and citrus; a good malt backbone; some astringency and a solid bitterness; very dry and long hoppy fruity finish - delicious

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
12 oz. bottle shared by Jeremy. Pours a hazy orange brown color with a medium sized creamy off white head. The aroma has a nice blend of herbal and citrusy hops, fruits with lightly toasted malts just peeking through. The flavor is herbal, citrus and some earthy hops with a light amount of toasted malts. Decent enough.

Un autentica esplosione di luppolo, equilibrata al punto giusto e persistente nella sua forma... una birra da non perdere per il suo infinito e indefinito aroma e sapore dettato da 19 luppoli

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
UPDATED: JAN 6, 2013 330ml bottle (Drink Shop, Tallinn)
RIch orange, slight haze, nice huge tight bready head, fairly persistent. On pouring it’s so massively fruity, a real explosion. Lightly citrussy, some zest, but a nice light peachiness too, fleshy mango and peach, and even some strawberry and pineapple, it really does have everything. The aroma says "I’m not going to like the taste, it will be so unbalanced", but I have to give this a 8, I’ll mark the taste down separately. Oh no I won’t - this is great in the mouth. A simple biscuitty malty base to the body, pleasant potent hoppy vapours in the retronasals. Smooth and soft, but with decent carbonation, and strangely watery, and definitely not feeling like a strong beer at all, no alcohol. Taste not lacking in hops, obviously, but the balance is very very good. This is so drinkable. Possible under-rate? Their best pale beer? More please!

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Gift from Neko-chan. Hop cream cone, big underlay of citrus and juicy malt. Copper color, many streams of very slowly rising carbonation, thick creamy head, and fat clumpy lace. Tongue shock hops in initial; in mid the hops continue biting, maybe some pepper notes, too; final is a semi-truck load of bitterness. Medium-heavy body, and that may be partially from the hop texture. No IBU listed, but 19 separate hop varieties. And the point being .... what exactly? It’s interesting, a novelty, quite harsh.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Small bottle. Cloudy orange body, medium head. Aroma has... well, hops. Mostly the piney and resiny kind that Mikkeller seems to prefer. Taste is also a bit too dry and resiny. I don’t really understand the use of all these fancy fruity/floral hop varietals in a small amount when its all overridden by Simcoe’s robust pine resin taste as the main component. It’s not a bad IPA but the concept of mixing 19 different hops doesn’t deliver in these proportions.
