Richmond 19th. And Mikkeller 19, together at last! Synchronicity. Like chocolate and peanut butter. I’m rambling here. Medium orange, Bitter citric and caramel aroma, Bitter citric and caramel aroma, flavor matches, just a touch fresher than the 10 was. Shows that the difference between 10 hops and 19 hops is not a whole heck of a lot. But this series is a great concept, wish others would do this more often.

De botella con color dorado, buena espuma blanca y densa. Aroma floral y pino. En boca entra dulce y rápido pasa a matices lupulados cítricos y resinosos. Poco astringente muy buen cuerpo y alcohol muy bien integrado

Fruit cocktail nose, somewhat stale. Clear amber, medium head. Rosehip and tangerine, but a little stale.

Butters (3938) - Richmond, Virginia, USA - JAN 19, 2013
Sampled at the Richmond Gathering 19. Sampled side by side with the 10. Clear amber pour with large light khaki head. Extremely similar to the 10. Only tastes like a slightly fresher version of the 10. Mellowed and caramel, with hints of spiciness. Not amazing. But the concept of this series was fantastic, so for that reason, I commend them.

From the bottle poured a light brown brew with a light brown head. Malty aroma. Medium bodied with flavors of malt and lots of hops, duh.

Bottle shared by Butters at the 19th Richmond Ratebeer Gathering. Pours a clear amber color with a large frothy tan head. Decent head retention. Aroma of toffee malts, citrus, herbal, earthy hops. The taste is earthy, herbal, citrus, resin, pine hops, caramel malts. Medium bodied. Mikeller 19 and Richmond 19th. Wot!

330ml bottle from Euston Tap. Reddish orange brown colour, good head. Flowery fruity hop aroma. Citrus fruit, biscuit & hop flavour. Very well balanced light but still flavorsome. This is a good IPA.

Cloudy dark orange with silky white head that stays for ages. Beautiful, amazing, fragrant peach/orange nose, with a bit of piney resinness. Orange and pine flavors, with a heavy pine finish. Loads of bitterness, but not too over the top. Really wonderful and complex.
