6.8%ABV. IPA. Tapped out deep Amber. 18ºSRM. Nose has molasses, sweet malt, burnt caramel, toffee and whisky fumes. There are also spicy aromas in the nose with coriander, cilatro maybe a hint of oregano. Mouthfeel is soapy. Palate has roasty malty sweetness with honey Grahams, graham cracker pie crust on a New York kosher cheesecake, nice burnt caramel, molasses, and rounded off with a nice nuttiness suggesting roasted chestnuts, toasted hazelnuts. Hops are bitter with resin, deep green pine and bitter herbs. Finish is medium with herbal bitter. There is a nice coriander spice and maybe even some nutmeg. Goes on Favorites List!

Tap. Kelham Island Tavern, Sheffield. Hazy, orange amber. Dense, lasting, off white head. Big, juicy hop. Lots of fleshy citrus. Some notes of berry fruits. Soft, oily herb. Decent level of chewy malt sweetness backing up the hoppage. Taste is initially sweet, turning fruity, zesty bitter. Full mouthfeel. Pretty clean, though. Long, oily, zesty bitter finish. Tasty gear.

Hazy to cloudy (closer to cloudy) coppery red color with minimal white head. Lots and lots of fruit in the aroma. Taste is also fruit, some earthy notes, papaya and mango, very nice. Thin to medium body, soft carbonation. All in all, a very nice IPA, but I have expected much bigger rollercoaster. It feels like there is maximum of 4-5 different hops, not 19. On the other hand, nicely balanced for 19 hop brew. //on tap at Craft Room

Can at csakajosor. Hazy amber colour. (Dipa-ish) Hops hops hops. Nose is flowery, grassy, resin everything possibly from hops, and surpisingly well balanced even though it conatins 19 different hops. Bjergsø is a true genius...

14/9/17 enjoyed February 7, 2016 in a stemless wine glass. Look - Hazy, dark orange. Thick bubbled, thick off white head. A lot of lacing. Looking at it you expect a heavy, malt bomb. Smell - Bready. Light pine. Light dankness. Light citrus. Taste - Very close to a juicy fruit beer. Not a lot of malt in the taste. Faded hoppiness. Yeast. Pine and resin. Light spice at the very end. Feel - A lot of carbonation. Not dry by any means. Medium to light feel. Overall - It’s like drinking a suicide. Yeah, it’s good, but you look like a fool doing it. I bought this because my favorite number is 19 (Bob Feller, Cleveland Indians). A lot going on. Each sip made me question the last one.

On tap at Craft Room Zagreb. Almost clear amber coloured, medium sized creamy off-white head, pleasant fruity hoppy nose. Moderate malty, heavy hoppy, citrusy fruity and mild spicy with notes of alcohol and moderate bitterness in the finish. Nice and pleasant IPA but 6.50€ is highly too much.

Bottle at home shared with Thompson. Gives a small head and looks somewhat cloudy but in an even fashion. Smells very hoppy with some small tints of the outside. Flavour gets mostly dominated by the hops and yeast. Overall, solid beer but a little bitter for my tastes.
