Bottle. Pours a dark orange with a big off white head. Good lacing. Aroma is lots of fruity hops with a dash of sweet malt peeking out. Flavor is a symphony of fruity hops, grapefruit, citrus, tropical fruit, and a touch of honey. Medium full body.

0, 33L bottle bought at the Bottle Shop Hong Kong. Appearance: Pours a hazy deep orange colour with bubbly medium white head that stays quite long. Aroma: Fragrant with complex and fresh hop aromas. Citrus, grapefruit, pines, stone fruits and resins with some mild tart berry notes. Taste: Quite hoppy at first with stone fruit and pine bitterness. The fruity hop is not quite present. The end is towards malt sweetness. Palate: Slick texture with light-medium body. Medium-high carbonation. The aftertaste is mild bitter pine and citrus with some sweet malt. Overall: A pleasant and okay American IPA from Mikkeller. Not as fragrant as I was expecting as it said it has been added with 19 varieties of hops. But still a decent American IPA.

Can from beer junction. Smells a bit like burning wood. Tastes are far from hoppy and have more notes of caramel and sweetness. The hoppy notes tend to fight each other for who is to dominate. Not bad. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Typical American style ipa similer to Sierra Nevada. As popular as this flavour profile is, it just doesn’t work for me

Tap @ La Vache Folle. Hazy dark golden colour, off white head. Aroma of dish cloth, pine, grapefruits, simcoe also well noticable. Flavour is citrus, tropical fruits and resin. Fairly bitter and dry. Well balanced, and easy drinkable.

Pour is a hazy amber with a huge white head. Aroma is an ok fruit melon with some honey malt. Flavor is more honey malt with some melon fruit hop. This was just o.k kind of malt heavy with a little hop presence.

Draft at Beerlover’s Bar, Antwerp. Grains, malt, citrus and bitter. Leaning towards sweetish malty in the end. Pleasant.
