3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
bottle at home, new batch. poured a amber colour with a nice white head. sweet aroma, peach, citrussy, malts, bit of pines, hops. weird aftertaste, think itís because itís to unbalanced because of al the hops they have used. itís a criss cross of hop flavours. to bad. because the aroma was great.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle to tulip
Aroma of caramel, resin, spruce, pine, toasted malt, and a little yeast. Pouts a hazy reddish amber with a voluminous off white frothy head that settles quickly, but leaves thick lacing. Taste is pepper, bubble gum, mango, grapefruit, and a little caramel. A lot sweeter up front than expected, but that balances the heavy late bitterness.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
On tap at Tomahawk Bar 210614. Nice to see a few Mikkeller beers on tap in Brisbane as we donít usually see a lot. Well worth a look this one as it fills the mouth with a big fruity resinous hop flavour.

4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 20/20
Bottled. Aroma is quite low, almost undetectable. Some oranges, leeches, but too weak. Beautiful orange copper color, off white head, stable. Taste is great of hops, oranges, leeches with a strong alcohol and hops finish. The initial hops flavor vanishes in the end and the alcohol dominates the aftertaste. Really nice. Overall a great IPA!

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Just drank a Maine Lunch before this...... Iím sorry Mikkeller. Drank streight from bottle watching game five of stanley cup finals.....2nd overtime about to start. Big hops and a honey like sweetness....... to much honey. This almost seems like a mess, so much going on but nothing seems to mesh. Apple, ginger, pennies..... I swear this has a Unibrou like taste. KOPITAR IS A ZOMBIE!! I canít shake the Belgian qualities of this! Very earthy. Fuck you ref put the whistle away. I love the post!! Beer just trasphormed into a eastern euro lager. Ugggg..... this is a mess that you can drink. A strange minty vannila works its way into the flavor but its hidden. A rare miss from Mikkeller.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
330ml brown bottle. Golden-orange colour, quite hazy. Head is white and full and fluffy. Aromas are orangey, grapefruity, assorted citrus, toffee malts. Taste has caramel sweetness, lemon, lime, orange and grapefruit hops. Aftertaste is hoppy - grasses, pine and citrus, some yeast. Medium bitterness. Fairly decent, seems to thin out a bit at the end.
