{thoughts} Both fascinatingly hoppy and annoyingly sharp at times with a thankfully slim malt profile and berry-fixation.

{elements} Hazy, rusty orange hue; dense, ivory cream. Powerful pineapple and white currant hop aroma with banana esters and a thin, bready malt aroma; hops begin to unpleasantly rasp at my throat over time. Mild malty and berry sweetness quickly giving way to a moderate acidity and firm bitterness. Fullish carbonation, oily texture, medium body. 50 cl draft @ O’Connell’s.

UPDATED: AUG 15, 2011 Sampled on tap at Mikkeller Bar Hazy yellow - almost orange with a nice creamy foam. Hoppy aromas of citrus, berries and grass. A light sweetness. Medium bodied with a heavy and aggressive hop taste for being and APA. Some alcohol shines through.

Fungrim (52) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - JUL 30, 2011
Draft @ Bishops Arms, Linnégatan, Stockholm. Very hazy orange color, with a fairly large, frothy head. Lots of hops in the nose, with your normal citrus, and grape touches. Medium bitter. Fairly smooth mouth-feel. Some fruit, apricots and peach, in the taste. Some more hops. Rather dry finish. Not anything that haven’t been before and better. Still, an OK beer a warm summer afternoon.
