Tasted on 7/24/13 from a corked and caged 750mL bottle purchased at Belmont Station. Pours cloudy but bright orange with a very thick off-white head that slowly recedes to average lace. The nose is very dry and super brett funky with a hint of orange peel and just a touch of caramel malt. The flavor is the same, very nicely balanced, very dry, with plenty of spicy and funky brett, and the orange peel and light caramel malt showing nicely. The body is fairly full with lively, stinging carbonation and a long very funky, dry brett finish.

[Backlog] Bottle sampled at the FESTIVAL in LA with Linh and Scarlett. Pours a deep, hazy golden body with thick white lacing. Mouthfeel is carbonated and spicy with notes of funk, earthy spice, basement funk, light bready caramel character and soft fruits.

Definitely cheesy funk in the nose and back end of the flavor. slightly bitter with some hoppy aromatics as well. not bad...a little steep for what you get.

Bottle at Örebro Ölcafé. Very funky smell with horse blanket and other brett aromas. The taste was also very funky almost bordering on mould. Barn yard. Not sour though, just very funky.

Pouring at Where The Wild Beers Are 2014. Pours a hazed gold with a thin to medium sized white head. Big cheesy funk, sweet citrus. Medium bodied, weak malt and toast, caramel. Long musk, starts great and goes downhill quickly.

Poured with a mile of foam. Aroma of tart malt, funk and floral hops. Burnt orange color. Medium weight with a smoothness and somewhat dry. Subtle sour with nice counteracting bitterness and a peppery finish.

Dark orange and absurdly fizzy to pour. The nose is dry and tart with serious white grape, yeast and lychee fruits. In the mouth it has an awful lot of woody notes. It has a strong bitterness too which I find clashes with the classy dryness of the yeast. In many respects it is too like pine sap or something for me, deeply bitter and herbal. It has a rubbery finish. Meh.

Had multiple times since this came out .. Never truly wow’ed me .. . Crisp foam, in your face .. . Airy and bubbly .. Mostly Brett and bitter straw .. . Good for a small glass but nothing more .. . . The toasted cheese sandwich should be celebrated. I’m all for a national toasted cheese sandwich day!

Pours a deep golden color with a rocky three plus fingers of white foam. Nose is floral hay, unripe pineapple, apple skins, grass, hint of caramel. Palate follows the nose, some nice barnyard brett character upfront, glimpse of stonefruit midpalate, then an aggressive bitterness takes over that becomes slightly astringent, light burnt rubber, bitter nutmeg. Interesting moments but overall just a bit unfocused and unrefined.
