Tasted on 7/24/13 from a corked and caged 750mL bottle purchased at Belmont Station. Pours cloudy but bright orange with a very thick off-white head that slowly recedes to average lace. The nose is very dry and super brett funky with a hint of orange peel and just a touch of caramel malt. The flavor is the same, very nicely balanced, very dry, with plenty of spicy and funky brett, and the orange peel and light caramel malt showing nicely. The body is fairly full with lively, stinging carbonation and a long very funky, dry brett finish.

22oz bottle at home in London. It pours a Bottle @ The No Creepy Country Ticks Tasting, courtesy of JulienHuxely. Pours a hazy amber beer with a big white head on top. Aroma is Bretty, barnyard funk with leather aspects as well. Flavor is light sour, funky and yeasty. Very nice drinkability, long, light sour aftertaste. Really well made sour beer by Mikkeller. Nice one!

Slightly cloudy orange with a good pale head. Aroma is fresh orange juice, passionfruit, peach, dried fruits. Medium bodied, slightly sticky mouthfeel, lightly tart on the palate with a slightly metallic. Taste is orange peel, grapefruit peel, dried peaches, lightly bitter fruity hops.

Sampled from a bottle that I brought to WTWBA 2014 in Minneapolis. Slightly hazy orange pour. Tropical fruit with some funkiness. I liked this one quite a bit.

I about killed myself with the cork flying out. Take care. Massive pillowy head. Light coppery color and clear. Aroma is tropical fruits, pepper, and some Brett. Nice hit of bretty bitterness and basement followed by some soft be easiness and that sweet fruit again. A bit of floral as well. A bit of alcohol heat on the finish.

Location: Sampled at Where the Wild Beers Are, 6/7/14

Aroma: The aroma is funky, with bretty notes and lemon, other fruit, and some spice
Appearance: Pours a darker orange color with some fairly dense head
Flavor: The flavor is much the same, mostly funky and fruity with a bit of spice as well
Palate: The body of this one is medium, with average carbonation and a lengthy finish
Overall Impression: I thought this was a pretty good funky beer. Definitely a tasty offering. Would happily re-visit at a later date with a larger pour.

750ml bottle (it’s a gusher that’ll explode the cork right off) in a tulip. Pours hazy amber with a big, off-white head. Aroma of Brett, some spiciness, pale and caramel malts, light fruits, and hints of hops. Flavor the same with a lot of Brett. Very carbonated. An interesting beer but could be more refined.
