Commercial Description:
All Others Pale - as in ’All Others Pale By Comparison’ - is our cheeky take on an American tradition, but naturally with a Danish touch. It is a well-balanced, light-bodied thirst quencher, perfect after a hard day’s work or on hot summer days...but loads of fresh green hops and a subtle malty background make this pale ale the refreshing choice all year round!
Ingredients : Water, malt (maris ottar pale, munich, carapils and caramunich), flaked oats, hops (simcoe, centennial, amarillo and nugget) and ale yeast.

Bottle. Pours a amber/orange color with a nice two finger white head. Hoppy fruity aroma with citrus and grapefruit notes. Flavor is moderately bitter with grapefruit, pine, mild citrus, light caramel and a hint of fruit with a very bitter hoppy finish

[1592-20080816] 1pt0.9floz bottle. Bit of peat and earth and heavy yeast flavour with light butter notes. Hazy, light brown orange body with quick off-white bubbles. Light butter continues in the flavour with a bit of grainy malt and a bit of bitterness. Medium body. Enjoyable.

Poured an effervescent orangeish golden with a fizzy off-white head. Decent yet somewhat faint aroma of some grass and light pine, with a touch of biscuit dough malt. Flavor is better, with notes of citrusy lemon and grass and piney hops, with a touch of sweet malt, though perhaps not as much as I enjoy in my favorite APAs. Overall a good APA, especially for a non-American brewer (leave it to Mikkeller, it seems). However, not the absolute best I’ve had, and I’m not convinced quite that "all others pale". I’d drink it all the time if I lived in Denmark, but I don’t feel the immediate need to go out of my way for it again here.

2008-08-16. Crisp orange body, modest creamy beige head<. Grassy resiny hop aroma. Similar flavour, grassy resin, light herbal character to the hops. Average palate. Pleasant but surprisingly average. Bottle, Coles IPA Festival, Buffalo

Thanks to Rogueone for sharing a bottle. Pours a hazy dark amber-orange color with a medium thick off-white head that diminishes slowly. Small patches of lacing. Grapefruity hops aroma with a malty undertone. Medium, crisp body with citrus hops, pine and malt flavors balanced effectively. The finish is fresh hops and citrus with a lingering bitterness left behind. Solid APA all around.

Bottled - thanks to Phil L at beermerchants.com. I like the deep orange body. I like the disappearing foamy head that can be whipped back into frothiness with a swish of the wrist. I like that you can actually hear the beer reacting in the glass when you do that. I like the searing pine hops in the nose, I like its aggressive nature, assured balance, smooth feel, lingering bitterness, lasting hop oil feel. Damn, the only thing I don’t like is that this is my last bottle.
