All Others Pale - as in ’All Others Pale By Comparison’ - is our cheeky take on an American tradition, but naturally with a Danish touch. It is a well-balanced, light-bodied thirst quencher, perfect after a hard day’s work or on hot summer days...but loads of fresh green hops and a subtle malty background make this pale ale the refreshing choice all year round!
Ingredients : Water, malt (maris ottar pale, munich, carapils and caramunich), flaked oats, hops (simcoe, centennial, amarillo and nugget) and ale yeast.

500ml bottle, courtesy of Lance, sweet aroma, not much of a hoppiness, very dry finish, floral... interesting.

Thanks to thewolf for this. Pours a slightly hazy deep auburn with a frothy white head and good lacing. Aroma is a great mix of earthy hop and rich malt. Taste is very well balanced, good body and rich earthy tones. Great hop bitterness and malt backbone. I really enjoyed this.

Hazy amber beer. Moderate carbonation, dry palate, crisp too. Fairly one dimensional spciy hop, really not much else going on. Decent but plain.

500ml bottle sample purchased at Zyn in Calgary. Pours a cloudy gold colour, with a nice puffy white head that recedes to a ring. Very nice spidery web like lacing. The aroma is of hops. Taste is of hops and a little citrus, slightly bitter (in a very nice way). Absolutely delicious, can’t wait to have it again.

On tap, this is one of the beers I’ve drunk more than one time. The 6% alcohol was not too noticeable to me. Orange, with a persistent froth, a little bit bitter, fruity with citrus and grapefruit notes. Very nice.

500 mL bottle from Premier Gourmet, served in a tulip. Pours hazy amber with a moderate, frothy off-white head. The head fades slowly but leaves copious fine lace. On the nose, there are big, complex hop aromas along with caramel and biscuit malts. The flavour is moderately-intensely bitter with a complex hop profile, balanced against slight caramel malt sweetness. The finish is long and bitter with a slight spicy character. On the palate, it is medium in body with a smooth, milky texture and average carbonation. Overall, this is an excellent pale ale, more robust than many others. It has a beautiful complex hop profile. As I have come to expect from Mikkeller, this is a very well made beer. 2011-01-07

16.9 ounce bottle. Pours a hazy orange with a nice white frothy head. Aroma of floral and citrus hops with some caramel. Tastes somewhat bitter with the floral and citrus hops coming through. Some malt in the finish. Very nice.

Tap@beer temple. Not exactly pale, more some hazy dark orange to coppery brown ale. Thick solid creamy almost orange to beige head. Aroma is soaked with hops. Mostly floral, some resin and grapefruit. Nice bitter flavor while still very drinkable. Very decent brew.
