Commercial Description:
All Others Pale - as in ’All Others Pale By Comparison’ - is our cheeky take on an American tradition, but naturally with a Danish touch. It is a well-balanced, light-bodied thirst quencher, perfect after a hard day’s work or on hot summer days...but loads of fresh green hops and a subtle malty background make this pale ale the refreshing choice all year round!
Ingredients : Water, malt (maris ottar pale, munich, carapils and caramunich), flaked oats, hops (simcoe, centennial, amarillo and nugget) and ale yeast.

500ml Bottle: Aroma of hops, grapefruit, citrus, peach, and pine. Poured amber in color with a large, creamy, foamy, beige head that lasted throughout. Clear but hazy. Lightly sparkling. Medium bitter flavor. Tastes of hops, grapefruit, citrus, grass, and caramel malts. Medium body. Thin, creamy texture. Average carbonation. Creamy, hoppy finish. A pretty good APA.

Amber beer with a big off white head that left sheets of sticky lace on the glass. Nice nose of tangerine peel, manderine oragnes and some pine notes. Definitely a hoppy beer, with grapefruit rind, hop resin, and pine needles. Sharp, fresh hop burn on the tongue, with a long finish of green hops thatend almost grassy. Pretty nice version of a big American pale ale.

Nose: elegant , welcoming rich hop profile. Good sweet malt character. Rich and full aroma of upper end pale ales

Bottle BB 13/02/09. Lightly hazed orange copper color. Tall, lasting light beige head. BIG aroma punches the nose. Fresh hand rubbed green hops, ruby red grapefruit and pine sap lay down the first assault. AS the head settles and a coat of lace is left behind, some flan and mild banana bread scent filter through. I certainly would have said PNW IPA if I was given this blindly. Somewhat thinner in certain qualities than the aroma suggest. Dry pale malt, and some light caramel start things out. Bitterness rushes in and further dries things out. Light herbal finish and linger, along with a touch of grapefruit zest and ragweed. This need a touch more malt depth for me. The more I think of it this is as good an APA as there is. I’m not a big style person anymore, but by style this one does nail it. As this warms and sets a bit the linger does have a nice return to some toasted malts. If price were not in play, I’d certainly have more of this.

Pours a fairly clear copper. The aroma is nicely hoppy, but the flavor is really more malty (nicely toasty) than hoppy. This is a pretty darn tasty APA.

Bottled. Orange/amber coloured. Unclear. Huge off white head. Fruity and flowery aroma with a citric and piney touch. Flavour as well is floral and citric. Has some fruity notes. Is quite thin bodied. Very dry. Floral medium bitterness in the ned. Quite refreshing and crisp.

2008-08-16. Crisp orange body, modest creamy beige head<. Grassy resiny hop aroma. Similar flavour, grassy resin, light herbal character to the hops. Average palate. Pleasant but surprisingly average. Bottle, Coles IPA Festival, Buffalo
