COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
All Others Pale - as in ’All Others Pale By Comparison’ - is our cheeky take on an American tradition, but naturally with a Danish touch. It is a well-balanced, light-bodied thirst quencher, perfect after a hard day’s work or on hot summer days...but loads of fresh green hops and a subtle malty background make this pale ale the refreshing choice all year round!
Ingredients : Water, malt (maris ottar pale, munich, carapils and caramunich), flaked oats, hops (simcoe, centennial, amarillo and nugget) and ale yeast ABV around 5.9%

500ml bottle. BB N/A? Served chilled in a mug. Pours yet another picture perfect glassful; persistant creamy offwhite foam atop a copperish gold body, with only the slightest haze. Plenty of juicy hops straightup, pine and citrus are obvious and good proportions, I get ripe stonefruits, spice, grass and some dried apricot, and sultana leading onto a backdrop of burnt toffee and subtle nuttiness. Seems to change with each whiff. Mouth-coating body, nice creamy carbonation, resinous hops seem to cling to my tongue, yet not dryness and astrigency is well controlled. Lovely hops on the body, plenty of citrus rind, woody pine, stonefruit, melon, leading onto dried fruit and spice. Malt body is in good proportions, biscuit and toffee. Finishes with a firm bitterness and lingering tart berry-like fruitiness that just makes me want more. A tremendously well-made, perfectly balanced and flavoursome APA. I’d have another (and thensome) if I came across it again!

33 cl can. Pours a quite hazy, dark orange amber, thick off-white head, low carbonation. Aroma is crammed with juicy and fruity American hop flavours. Mouthfeel is medium, wetish and well carbonated. Taste is very pleasant. Fruity, citrusy and piny, very well balanced with the solid malty backbone.

Draft. Off-orange color with a off-white head. Aroma has peach, grapefruit and grass. Flavour has lots and lots of grassy, bitter hops, peach, pine, citrus peel. This has a lot of hops, too much for my liking, I could not get through a whole pint of this, but for people who like very bitter beers, this is quite a good choice.

Tap at lake and Irving. Copper gold with very thick white head. Very hoppy nose and taste. This is a classic hop heavy ipa, super solid. Still pretty one dimensional.

Muy chula APA. De cuerpo medio y sedoso, graduación más alta de lo habitual y una pasada de aromas herbales, frutales y cítricos (con mucha presencia de amarillo en nariz).
