Amber with a medium head. More watery than Orval, less body, but the finish is right. Finish long and dry, raisins, fizzy

Bottled. Pours clear amber with a medium sized off-white head. Aroma of wood, brett, caramel, citrus peel and Crardonnay. Sweet flavor that endes up dry and bitter. Medium bodied, oily texture and soft carbonation. A nice Belgian style brew. ★★★

Tap from Mikkeller, Bangkok. Poured a hazy medium amber with a thin whispy white head. The aroma is resin hop, vinous. The flavour is moderate bitter light sour with a light vinous, oak light hop bitter palate. Mediun to light bodies witn soft carbonation. Not as good as the others in the series.

Draft at Edmunds Oast. Clear deep golden pour with a bubbly white head. Aroma of oak, buttery Chardonnay, caramel malts, fruits and banana yeast. Flavor is fairly similar and awkwardly placed together. Hmmmmmm....

Keg @ Edmund’s Oast. Deep amber with a tiny head. Nose is caramelized orange peel, tree bark, Belgian yeast, beat claw. Some berry. Taste is surprisingly subdued. Burning conifer, wood, red berry. Caramel. Strong yeasty character. Medium body, soft carb. Strange but not offensive.

big Brett nose with just a touch of Chardonnay and oak. The mouth is malty, not as dry and hoppy as I like, but decent. Finishes with lots of oak and a touch of Brett. Decent but could have been drier
