Good cream to amberish tinted head over clear copper-amber beer; yeast fully bottom-clinging. Caramel, (slightly) citrussy hops, garden weeds, roasted carrots. Bitter, toasted, caramel - if without sweetness. Finish has some oxydized cookies, and something resiny to metallic bitterness. Light to medium bodied, feels well-carbonated, slick. Bitter pale ale. Ought to be more widely available.

Tap @ BeerTemple, small sample. Clear dark golden to amber color, medium head. Aroma is very fruity of citrus and strawberry, hint of horseblanket, some citric acid, slight spicy, some Bretty bubblegum. Bit sweet in taste, bit bitter, slight tart but not much of the citric acid. Very enjoyable beer. Not quite like Orval though, although I get the pronouncation joke :-)

Keg at Beergeek. Pours copper with a lasting slightly off-White head. Aroma is Bretty. Fruity malt flavour with a funky Brett sharpness. Well put together.

Smell is of red berries, spicy belgian yeast. Taste is a bit spruce, good malt sweetness, and cherry cough drops, aswell as a soapy offtaste which reminds me of an old ragcloth.
