Nuffield (3714) - Roseville, Minnesota, USA - JUL 12, 2012
Rich head, dark black, great lacing. Roasted richness in the early flavor, with chocolate. The front has an attacking element, and then there weren’t that many layers to it. It proved disappointing. A bit thin. (on tap at Craft Beer Co., June 2012)

Tap at Craft Beer Co Brighton. It pours jet black, with a thin tan head. The nose is roasted malt, rich coffee and dark chocolate. The taste is rich-roast coffee, roasted malt, charcoal, slight acidity (I assume this is coming from the coffee itself) and dark fruit, with a very dry, roasty finish. Medium-full body and moderate carbonation. Flavoursome and well balanced.
