Bottle. Pours black with thick creamy beige head. Aroma is a great mix of chocolate, vanilla, coffee, oatmeal and liquorice. Taste is mostly about coffee (little lacks of balance here). Bitterness is intense. Full bodied beer.

330ml bottle at the Hoppy Pub, Thessaloniki. Black color with brown head. Burnt malty aroma, smokey, coffee and chocolate. Sweet and bitter taste like the aroma, smoked coffee chocolate burnt malty. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Aroma of roasted malt, dark chocolate, oats, tons of coffee, some smoke, hoppy notes. Flavour is light sweet with an amazingly bitter roasty finish. Smooth and extremely well-balanced. This is a great beer.

---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 oz bottle poured into pint glass. Great malty coffee aroma. No head at all. Pours an opaque brown tinted black. Drinks very smoothly.

UPDATED: NOV 30, 2014 Bottle from De Hopduvel, Gent, Belgium. Oat Stout with Coffee. Well balanced but I had higher expactations from this beer :-) Brunch Weasel version is way better (Imperial Russian Stout from Emelisse is still better than this one too)

This bottle is a few years old. The aroma is malt, caramel, a little chocolate and coffee. Pours black with caramel brown head, mostly diminishing, good lacing. The taste is bitter and long. The body is medium, the texture creamy, the carbonation average and the finish bitter. Flavors of coffee very good. SUCKS that we can’t get Mikkeller in Michigan any more!
