Danish: Denne imperial oatmeal stout er brygget med den vietnamesiske kaffesort Ca Pe Chon, som er en af verdens dyreste kaffesorter. Ca Pe Chon kaffen er lavet af afføringen fra væseldyr. De sydøstasiatiske dyr spiser kun de bedste og mest modne kaffebønner. Enzymer i deres fordøjelsessystem hjælper til at nedbryde bønnerne. Herefter indsamles afføringen som indeholder de hele bønner og bruges til væselkaffen. Kaffen har en kraftig smag og en endnu kraftigere aroma. Nogle mener endda, at kaffen øger sexlysten!
En Imperial Oatmeal Stout brygget på: Vand, malt, humle, gær og vietnamesisk ca phe chon kaffe. Lagret på cognac tønder.

English: The recipe for this beer is as simple as a child’s finger painting: you take one of the world’s highest rated beers – that’s the one called Brunch – and then you let it splash about in a totally fresh cognac barrel for three months. After that it’s a question of out of the barrel, into a bottle and off you go.

Dark chocolate brown, with a thin brown film floating on top. Sweet aroma with heavy alcohol but high quality heavy alcohol. The cognac has permeated every single molecule of this aroma. Chocolaty malts in the aroma with hint of coffee. SO MUCH BOOZE!!! Taste is not as epic but still awesome. Cold coffee with whiskey...just like your molester uncle use to drink. Sweet alcohol coats the throat with every sip......raspberry maybe. My my that was good

Bang dans ta gueule!!! Une bière super riche et extrêmement ronde! Une saveur pleine et sans concession... Un 10% qui se fait sentir mais qui se boit étonnement bien à la fois. Faites goûter cette bière à une personne se déclarant "amateur de bières noires" parcequ’il boit de la Guinness et vous rigolerez de son expression faciale après la première gorgée! Pleine saveur et intense.

UPDATED: OCT 3, 2015 Aroma of heavy cognac, liqourice, dark chocolate, plums and raisins. Taste is super dark chocolate, cognac, liqourice and a full mouthfeel, but with a carbonation that is 10% too high for my taste. Quite dry, but that may be due to carbonation. Really good!

Bottle. Pours pitch black with a Little brown head. Aroma of Coffe, roast, ba, wood, very sweet, bitter roast, choco, licorice. Taste is very sweet, leading to a bitter roast. Texutre is oily, very long finish. Extreme balance.

Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival 2015. Opaque black beer with a nice lasting brownish head. Roasted chocolate aroma, cognac, vinous, cocoa, licorice, woody, caramel, some grapes, dark chocolate, some vinous notes. Roasted chocolate flavor, cognac, woody, caramel, hay, dark chocolate, raisins, warming alcohol, some licorice. Good heavy stout.

330 ml silver waxed bottle from Ammersin 5, Vienna.
Black body, with a big, dense, creamy, lacing, dark beige to brown head.
Aroma of cognac, espresso, dark chocolate, coffee and cocoa beans, tobacco, dark fruits, some vanilla, slight alcohol burn.
Delicious taste of cognac, barrel notes, very smooth coffee bean and espresso notes, cocoa, dark chocolate, liquorice, wood, tobacco, some vanilla, some dark fruits, some pepper, slight booze.
Full, creamy mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation.
Finishes roasty-bitter, but smooth, a bit boozy, a bit peppery, with coffee, tobacco, wood, some cocoa. The smooth coffee notes stay forever, wonderful!

Amazing. Well integrated cognac barrel notes, not too dominant. Otherwise dense and complex, but really smooth at the same time, with lovely, distinctive coffee notes, I didn’t get that much in other barrel aged versions of Brunch Weasel. One of the best from the Beer Geek series I’ve had so far!

Rating # 3000. Bottle, black oily pour. Strong aroma of cherry koppi coffee, cognac booze, roast and white grape. Taste is a great combination kopi and cognac, with lots of cherry coffee, boozy grape, earthy cacao and a boozy finish. Thick soft mouthfeel.
