4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Had this RIGHT after the beer geek breakfast. Of course it has the same great mouthfeel and slightly sweet maltiness, but the aroma is the most noticable improvement and I’m very impressed with depth the civet poop adds ti the overall character. A VERY good beer. One of the best I’ve had in a while.

Rich, creamy, very well balanced. moderate sweetness. The quality of the coffee taste is superior. Huge aftertaste as well. Deserves the best (one of the bests) european beer title.

Wow. Great on the nose with coffee at the forefront. Loved every second of it, so smooth, vanilla, some chocolate and coffee flavours made this beer.

Another solid stout! I like this a lot. Easily available, the price is a bit high but I think it is worth it. Lots and lots of good coffee flavor.

330ml bottle. Pours an opaque black with a medium, creamy, long lasting, chocolate brown head that laces nicely. Sweet aroma of roasted malt, chocolate, licorice, vanilla and coffee. Sweet flavour of roasted malt, coffee, licorice, dark chocolate, vanilla and warming alcohol with a dry, bitter, slightly hoppy finish. Medium to full body with a creamy smooth, oily texture and soft carbonation. I’ve been dying to try this one for a while. It was well worth the wait. Delicious.
