COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Formerly brewed by Mikkeller at Nøgne Ø, Norway, now at Lervig, Norway.
This imperial Oatmeal stout is brewed with one of the world’s most expensive coffees, made from droppings of weasel-like civetcats. The fussy Southeast Asian animals only eat the best and ripest coffee berries.Enzymes in their digestive system help to break down the bean. Workers collect the bean-containing droppings for Civet or Weasel Coffee. The exceedingly rare Civet Coffee has a strong taste and an even stronger aroma.
Ingredients : Water, malts, hops, yeast and Vietnamese ca phe chon coffee.

This is just incredible. Mouth feel is velvety. Dark chocolate malt flavor. The coffee flavor was very smooth with almost no bitterness. This might be my favorite stout.

UPDATED: JUL 2, 2016 Bottle at home. Pours pitch black, with delicious beige head. Beautiful sight. Aroma is a lot of coffee, chocolate, and vanilla.Could even be like a sweet chocolately cake. The taste is so poetically balanced. A lot of sweetness (chocolate, vanilla), some bitterness (coffee, malts). The body is full, creamy, and the mouthfeel is sticky, yet somehow still sparkly and dancing on the tongue. It? so smooth. Simply amazing.

Rich, creamy, very well balanced. moderate sweetness. The quality of the coffee taste is superior. Huge aftertaste as well. Deserves the best (one of the bests) european beer title.

Bottle. Pitch black pour, small tan head. Mild nose, with a hint of alcohol. Taste is very round, sweet malts, coffee and chocolate, with a somewhat bitter finish. Full body, soft carbonation.

Wow. Great on the nose with coffee at the forefront. Loved every second of it, so smooth, vanilla, some chocolate and coffee flavours made this beer.

Another solid stout! I like this a lot. Easily available, the price is a bit high but I think it is worth it. Lots and lots of good coffee flavor.

Bottle, 33cL. Home. A pitch black beer with a big beige creamy head ; good retention ; good lacing. Roast, toast, light blackcurrant, balck chocolate (+), coffee, herb. Medium sweet, warming baseline ; medium to dry heavy bitter. Full body, light creamy texture, average to soft carbonation, light prickly on the tongue, chocolate dry lasting bitter finish. Overall, WoW !! Wonderful beer, such a powerful aromatic landscape, great bitter chocolate coffee adventure.
