Incedible Vanilla aroma, also some spice, liqurice, sweetness. Really pleasant! Taste is a bit unbalanced, to sweet. But still really good!

Bottle consumed at mikkeller bar. Pours black with brown head. Aroma of vanilla. Taste is lots of vanilla with a creamy mouth feel. Taste like a vanilla milk shake. Amazing stuff.

Pitch black color with medium beige head that quickly dissipates. Aroma has tons of vanilla, chocolate, roasted coffee and molasses. Full body with a silky and creamy mouthfeel. Taste is really intense, vanilla is pretty foreward, very sweet, quite like crème brûlée, chocolate, espresso coffee, roasted malts and some lactose. Maybe a bit alcohol foreward on the aftertaste, but that was obvious for a 13% ABV beer. Extremely enjoyable.

Bottle. Pours thick and black with small dark brown head. Aroma is of course very much vanilla, cocos, also cacao and bit coffee. Taste is bit "darker" than aroma: Dark chocolate, cacao, vanilla, brown sugar sweetness and hints of wood and bourbon notes. Alcohol is dangerously well hidden. Very smooth, full, soft and pleasant mouth feel with soft carbonation. Medium dry dark chocolate finish with slight hoppy bitterness.

2013 bottle. Pours a dark brown with medium tan head that lasts leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is roast, vanilla, caramel, burnt toast. Rich coffee and roasted malts, vanilla, chocolate, hides alcohol well, very smooth, really enjoyed this one.

Bottle. Poured a black color with an average frothy brown head that lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate to heavy roasted chocolate, coffee, vanilla and alcohol aroma. Heavy dark sweet toasted malt flavor with a heavy dark sweet and small alcohol bite finish of long duration. Full body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. This is a standout beer.

Dark brown color, small brownish head. Very nice cocoa, vanilla, toasted malty, sweetish aroma. Medium to full-bodied. Vanilla, alcohol, roasted maltyness. Sweetish bomb in the very tight package. Excellent brew!

Wow. It poured a black color with a tan head. The aroma was of coffee with a hint of vanilla. The taste was of coffee, vanilla with some bitterness and a nice smokey finish. Very tasty.
