Bottle from OTM. The appearance is a deep creamy oozy black with a small deep brown head. The nose is flowing with whole vanilla beans and vanilla extract with some marshmallow touches. The flavors are rich with vanilla that really powers the profile Roasty malts fill in the edges at the beginning and eventually rounds out the beer. A nice spice from the vanilla bean. Not enough coffee in front for my preference or maybe the roast is on the milder side. Donít get me wrong it is there. A nice spicy after taste with a good amount of drying. Very tasty beer.

Bottle at "Pulled-pork-tasting" at tderoeck's place. Thanks Tinus for bringing the bottle! Vanilla, chocolate, balanced much more than the Dessert. Roast. Nice!

Aroma is vanilla and roasted malts with a small sting of alcohol. Taste is sweet with vanilla dominating, but also bitter chocolates and some coffee. Actually there may be a tad too much of the vanilla, but I donít care, cause itís fucken awesome. Superb even.

Bottle, Boise imperial stout tasting. Near black pour with a creamy brown head. Lots of chocolate and vanilla in the aroma, very inviting. Taste screams white chocolate mocha with vanilla. Sweet, but in the right proportion. Thick and creamy. Delicious.

Bottle 0.33l. Thick dark liquid with small head. Full body, light carbonation. Strong vanilla aroma and taste. Vanilla licqueur. Rich, creamy, oily. Could taste alcohol.

Pitch black with dark tan finger of head. Smells like a chocolate vanilla shake, chocolate malt, vanilla icing. Taste is sweet vanilla cocoa, roasted malt and hops, bakers chocolate. Roasted hop lasts into the finish along with the vanilla and cocoa. Mouthfeel is thick as a milk shake, damn fine, viscous. Alcohol is only slightly detected in the finish but is drown out by the other big bold flavors, surprisingly smooth. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Malty and heavy vanilla on the nose. Pitch black, little brownish head. Taste is chocolate, vanilla and coffee with allot of bitternes. Pretty sweet, and you have some alcohol burn. I donít understand people calling this a candy beer, cause itís not too sweet in my opinion.

Bottle from Koht. Black with a reddish hue. Thick, sticky, sweet, not exactly loaded with vanilla aroma or taste. Chocolaty. Not as much coffee as in Brunch Weasel I had yesterday, itís more mellow and sweet, and less intriguing. The +3% shows though, and I love how at first it seems very creamy and soft and civilized, but then in the throat the alcohol and bitterness give a nice burning sensation. Otherwise the alcohol is surprisingly well hidden. But I still prefer the Breakfast and Weasel versions.

Choc with a hint of vanilla in this dark brown very thick pouring brew. Exactly like a choc vanilla shake. Not much carb. Very full bodied. With almost a nutty aftertaste. The label says it all. Very well done.
