4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle from OTM. The appearance is a deep creamy oozy black with a small deep brown head. The nose is flowing with whole vanilla beans and vanilla extract with some marshmallow touches. The flavors are rich with vanilla that really powers the profile Roasty malts fill in the edges at the beginning and eventually rounds out the beer. A nice spice from the vanilla bean. Not enough coffee in front for my preference or maybe the roast is on the milder side. Donít get me wrong it is there. A nice spicy after taste with a good amount of drying. Very tasty beer.

3.6 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Really heavy vanilla extract aroma. Flavor a lot less like this, kind of just a generic oatmeal/sweet stout. Drinkable, nice aroma, not amazing overall though.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle at home. Black body with a medium light brown head. Lots of oatmeal, bitter espresso, English licorice/licorice root, vanilla notes, hops. Beautiful thick lacings. I know itís an oatmeal stout, but I think thereís just a bit to much oatmeal in this.

12oz bottle pours a dark black color without any head. Alcohol on the aroma. Intense sweet stout flavor and yet so mild and easy going. Vanilla is prominent and some sweet licorice.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
11.2oz bottle gotten by ck1 at Roof Brothers, and brought back from FLA by me, then aged a couple of more months. Served on Thousandth Night at cellar temperature and shared with ck1 & Jan. Pours a dark brown with a tan head leaving some light strings of lace. Aroma has chocolate, vanilla and coconut. Taste is chocolate chip cookies, with caramel and vanilla, and light coconut. Medium bodied and smooth. Finishes sweetly with some alcohol, but really, quite smooth. Interesting and solid. May have to retry on a night without the heavy competition.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Little bottle thanks to mike. Very dark black pour. Looks flat. Like used motor oil. Smell is like a vanilla milkshake. Taste starts out with an insane amount if vanilla and switches to a lot of coffee. Might be the most vanilla Iíve had in a beer. Pretty good stuff.

2.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 8/20
This one poured a dark brown to black with a beige head. Aroma was of coffee, and vanilla and lots of booze. Flavor was tons of vanilla and booze, like vanilla extract with a shot of rum added.
