500ml bottle. Pours black with a medium, coffee head. Aroma is intially strong piney hops, bitter coffee underneath. Taste has watery piney hops to start. Strong, bitter chocolate and grapefruit finish.

500ml bottle, Rehills, Ncl. Putting my nose to this is like putting it into a fresh handful of hops, the roast aroma lurks is in the background. The palate is fresh and really complex - dark fruit, grass and pine resin flavours, with coffee more apparent midway, giving quite a sharp, bitter finish. Don’t think it’s a perfect combination but it makes for a really interesting big beer. Pours a thickish jet black, with a good deep coffee coloured head.

On tap at Craft Beer Co. Black as hell lasting tan head. Coffee hop and oat aroma. Its a damn big beer. I mean really big. Big coffee. Malty as hell. Thick in the mouyh. I mean its like having coffee oatmeal in a glass with some cold hot chocolate and some hops. Good beer. Solid as hell. Maybe a touch to hoppy? But as its called hop breakfast what do you expect. Weasel and Brunch one for one are still my favourites of this series.

Bottle. Pours deep brown with a ruby tinge. Lacing tan head. Stinks of tropical hops from the off, follows through on to the palate, pineapple, mango, candied sweets, then ground coffee in the middle finishing with a lovely bitterness. Hints of nutty, oatiness on the aftertaste. Always rounded by a sweet sticky citric hop quality. Really hop forward stout this. A beer that makes you ’oof’ and smile from the moment you pop the cap till the moment you finish it

Pours a dark murky brown with a nice thin tan head that lingers around the glass. Aromas of grass, hops, alcohol, cocoa, roasted, coffee, dark fruits. Very interesting. Smells amazing. Initial taste is surprisingly hoppy...in an ipa kinda way. Bitter yet smooth and creamy. Notes of cocoa, coffee and bitter hops just linger. There’s some sweet like dark plum flavor as well. Delicious. Mouthfeel is oily, sticky and slightly bitter. Definitely a must try if you can find it.

500 mL bottle. Pours black with a tan head. Hoppy roast coffee aroma with black licorice. Roasty, ashen flavor, coffee, with lots of hoppy presence, pine resin and herbal, cocoa and again notes of black licorice. Very nice hoppy stout here, very nice indeed.

Bottle. Pours a deep dark black with faint cola highlights and a large dense tan and mocha head. Big dense roast, a whole lot of chocolate leading into dank pungent hops. Medium bodied, cool and smooth initially, picking up some very slowly developing coffee notes. Long slow bitter finish with a nice pithy grapefruit pungency.
