3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
33cl bottle from "cerveteca" bar in Lisbon. It pours a black color with a quickly dissipating beige head. Aroma is full of coffee, roasted malts, biscuit and dark chocolate. It has a very strong black coffee flavor with some dark chocolate ,roasted malts and a little bitter dry finish. It is mildly carbonated with a liquorice feel and a light body. Personally I don’t think that’s an exceptional beer, but it is another nice tasty solid Mikkeller stout/porter. I would drink it again.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from Mikkeller Webshop. Pitch black body, with a big, creamy, stable, tan head. Nice, full aroma of coffee, bitter chocolate, smoky wood, dark fruits, some toffee. Taste with about the same aromas, but not as full, pretty watery. Mouthfeel is light, slick, with a medium carbonation and it finishes bitter, roasty, dry, with coffee and wood notes. Nice idea, a session Stout, but overall a bit too thin for my liking. On the other hand it is pretty refreshing despite the robust Stout aromas. But its "bigger brothers" Beer Geek Brunch Weasel and Beer Geek Breakfast are much, much better in my opinion!

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Full of coffee aroma, and flavour. The lower abv gives a slightly thinner mouthfeel, compared with the original version , but this is still a great beer.

Bottle. Black with tan head. Aroma of coffee and vanilla, slightly roasty. Similar flavour, lots of vanilla with roasty coffee and some molasses. A tad thin but surprisingly refreshing for a stout. Delish
