Very lightly hazed golden with a thin off-white head.
Belgian yeasts on the nose, grass, citrus fruits, a little biscuit, light toffee and spice.
Yeast in the taste, citrus, spice and a little alcohol but fairly well hidden for 9%.
Medium plus in body with a little carbonation but well pitched.
Decent representation of a tripel.

Pours hazy copper color with a small head. Aroma of yeast, fruits, hops and grass. Flavour of yeast, citrus fruits, spices and goose berries, some toffee too. Sweetish but decent.

Draught @ Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen. Pours a amber colour with a white head. Aroma of caramel malts, grass, floral notes and hay. Flavour is sweet, malty, grassy and sweet. Finishes sweet and boozy. What a boring tripel.

Golden amber color, hazy body, sediment sparsely present. Big head, big bubble, dimishes into a lumpy film. Good lacing. Aroma is quite elegant, with an interesting citrus background; hints of sugar, caramel and vanilla. Body is moderate, carbonation is average to high, alcohol is well masked. Finish is well balanced, but somehow maybe not very remarkable. Taste is caramel, not so yeasty as you may expect from the style.

For a 9% beer this is surprisingly light.
Pours a slightly golden colour with not a great head.
This is the Danish version of Belgian beer.
Once again Mikkeller does not fail.

330 ml bottle, 2013 version. Not your average abbey tripel, this one is brewed using wheat, coriander, orange peel and oatmeal.
Thin head, golden and almost clear as a lager. Remember this to be more cloudy (2012 version). Sweet citric taste, of orange and honey. Orange peel in the aftertaste. I think this a great beer for warm summer afternoons, and should probably be served cool.

Bottle. Pours a lightly hazy amber, with a very small head. Aroma is sweet of oak and alcohol, as well as kandi and toffee. Full body, and soft carbonation. flavour is sweet with kandi, yeast and some oaky notes. A bit harsh sweetness in the finish, but not enough to ruin the beer.

Bottle. Cloudy golden beer with a vibrant hue and a strong head. The aroma is gently spiced, and the flavour has gently bitterness with orangey citrus and mild spices. Overall a reasonable but quite plain Belgian style beer.

Color: nice orange blond beer with medium carbonization and big white foam. Smell: honey, nice hops, malt and small alcohol noise. Taste: honey, sweet, malt and strong bitterness. Aftertaste: candied fruits, orange, malt and honey.

Smak och doft av belgisk jäst, koriander, apelsin, toner av örter, röda bär och citrus. En aning för söt trots att jag låtit flaskan står något år. Tydlig beska.
