Sweet malt and bitter aroma; subtle tartness and alcohol. Sweet, caramel, biscuit malt flavor. Some spicy hops in the finish. Thanks to Craig for this one...

Bottle. Orange-brown, some colloidal sediment at the end of the pour. aroma and flavour are quite sweet, over-ripe pitted fruits, lighter (but still chewy) candyish malts, mild acidity leading into mild bitterness through the finish. Some perfumey floral notes. A good sipper.

Awesome brew! Huge caramel malty profile with that nice candy touch, very nice hoppiness for balance. Pleasant fruitiness, bit syrupy, nice warming alco finish not too pushy, interesting yeastiness. LOoong finish. Sweet with pleasant bittersweet finish. Awesome balance, highly enjoyable brew

Bottle. APPEARANCE: dark brown beer, small stable off white head. NOSE: caramel, sweet, some liquorice, somewhat hoppy, little coffee even. TASTE: caramel, alcohol warming, sweet, wood, lots of sugar and alcohol. Too sweet and too high in alcohol for me to make this a great beer. Though it’s really nice already

Backlog. Tried the bottled version a couple of times. Slightly too sweet for my tooth.

Bottle. Simple American hoppy aroma, not much more, but nice. Clear amber-brown colour. Taste is strongly honeyish caramelly sweet. Rich grape fruitiness. Bitterness appears in the finish. Very good.
