Bottled. Reddiish amber colour, small slightly off-white head. Aroma is sweet fruits, alcohol, spices and some plum. Flavour is much the same, quite much too sweet for me, but could be good in a few years.

A Mes rate. Bottle from ØlbutIkken, drank at Tom’s.
Woo hooooo this means business. Gorgeous orange amber looks, still managing to hold onto a thin off white head. Stunning snout. Huge Mikkeller barley wine with some glorious bourbon. Not overdone but clear as day. Some fantastic smoke, peat, salt and seaweed in the flavour. Amazing burnt caramel and fruit along with some really tasty bitterness. So much caramel and vanilla. Alcohol is remarkably well hidden. Amazing hit of everything in the finish, eventually settling on some burnt caramel. Bloody amazing stuff. As expected.
