Bottle @ 2e BBF. A little hazy orange colored beer, with a small white head. The aroma of tonsil with wood and whisky notes. The taste of tonsil, fruits, wood and a little whisky. The aftertaste is burny from the alcohol with sweet and some bitter.

At Borefts Bier Festival 2010. Orange, red colored brew. Sweet aroma, raisins. Flavor has sweetness, bourbon. Smooth.

Bottle @ BBF. hazy amber orange, small tanned head.
Aroma has malt, hops, liquorice, some smoke and caramel.
Flavour is very sweet with candy sugar, caramel and loads of alcohol. Don’t really notice the bourbon.
Good, but too sweet and alcoholic for me.

Bottle @ BBF. Huge amount of alcohol and sweet aromas, raisins. Very intense. Very good for this type of beer!

UPDATED: DEC 8, 2012 From bottle @ BBF 2010. Amber color. Candied fruit in the aroma. Sugary sweet with clear bourbon notes. Very alcoholic. Candied fruit aftertaste. Too much for me. (7 3 7 2 13 = 3.2)
@home in december 2012. Deep amber color. Dried red fruit, oak and grassy hops in the aroma. Full bodied. Grassy hopbitter, oaky, leafy flavor with dried red fruit. Bourbon, tobacco. Complex, not too sweet any more. Just needed the time to mature.

Bottle @ 2nd BBF. The aroma has wood, bourbon, apple, caramel. Clear, orange coloured beer with an off-white, thin head. The taste is sweet with caramel, wood, dried fruits, some booze. Full mouthfeel. Quite well made and very enjoyable.

Bottle at 2nd BBF @ De Molen. Very round and smooth. Quite sweet and with a nice malt base. The alcohol is however too much on this one and makes the finish very boozy. Still a very decent brew.

Bottled. Amber coloured. Unclear. Small beige head. Apples, alcohol, spice, caramel and ripe fruits. Flavour is full of vanilla, sweetnes, fruits and alcohol. Medium to full bodied. Ends on a vanilla . woody and sweet note. Tasted side by side the not barreled version
