Ungstrup (26216) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - MAY 11, 2010
Bottled. Almost black but with a slight red shine under a lazing dark chocolaty brown head. The aroma has strong notes of roasted malt, raising, over ripe fruits, chocolate, and malt. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of roasted malt, alcohol, and wood, as well as medium notes of chocolate and some rum, leading to an extremely dry, roasted, chocolate, and woody finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottled. Pitch black colour, small brown head. Aroma is black hole with some wood and mild rum notes. Flavour is quite much the same. This is beautifully balanced and actually quite complex compared to the red wine one.
