Bottle at New Bruces 30th Day. brown ale. Fine. Ok does what it shoild brown and some choc malts. Too cold. Way too cold and no mouthfeel. Fine though

On tap @ Beer Temple (as Cocio Bajer). Black color. Beige head, quickly receding. Aroma’s: (milk/sweet) chocolate, cocoa powder, roasted malts. Flavor is rather sweet, chocolate, roasted. Body is light to medium. High carbonation. Finishes with more roast, some ash, a bit dry, lightly bitter.

Tap @ beer temple. Brown to black pour, yeasty chunks floating all over. Aroma full of chocolate, coffee, caramel, brown sugar and some spices. Flavor is quite sweet and full of coffee. Bit thin body.

Draft @ beertemple. Aroma is roasty malt, chocolate, slight liquorice. Flavour is thick roasty chocolate, some mocca, slight liquorice. Long lasting chocolate in the finish. Nice one.

Pours brown with a beige head. Aroma is chocolate, roasted malt and sweet notes. Flavour is sweet roasted malt, cocoa, chocolate and lactose.

On tap at Beer Temple. Pours an ugly black colour with big chunks of yeast, no real head. Aroma of coffee, cocoa, tar, metal. Flavour is also coffee, hard roasted malts, tar, lots of metal that spoils the fun, light woody, chocolate. Light-bodied.

Draft at Beer temple. Pours dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma of coffee, roasted malt, chocolate, lactose and toffee. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Poured pitch black with no real head. Aroma of dark chocolate roasted malt. Smooth medium to full body, flavour of dark chocolate over roast malt, lingering roasted malt aftertaste.

Draft. A black beer with a faint brown shine at the bottom of the glass under a fluffy dark brown head. The aroma has chocolate and roasted malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of chocolate, lactose, and roasted malt, leading to a dry roasted finish - too roasted to be a chocolate milk

cold coffee aroma. Dark brown, no head. Coffee roasted taste ruined by a wierd metallic watery side taste feel.
