COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Mikkeller’s Brown Nose is a brown ale brewed with lots of lactose and sweet Belgian chocolate, which makes it as thick and sweet as the ’Brown Nose’ you’re being served opposite your sausages, at the Copenhagen swinger stands.

Draft. A black beer with a faint brown shine at the bottom of the glass under a fluffy dark brown head. The aroma has chocolate and roasted malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of chocolate, lactose, and roasted malt, leading to a dry roasted finish - too roasted to be a chocolate milk

On tap. Pours an opaque dark brown with a small beige head. Sweetish roast aroma, some sweet chocolate. Medium body, discreet roast, a metallic edge - reminds me a lot of Danish "Hvidtøl" - table beer - just beefed up. Discreet bitterness. 141212

Bruce’s Birthday Bash at the Craft Clerkenwell. Keg. Opaque dark brown beer, tiny tan head. Smooth palate with minerally carbonation. Pleasant dark chocolate, mildly sweet. Underneath is well buried and slightly bitter dark fruits. But it’s all about the chocolate here. Nice beer!
