Pours dark brown with a large tan head and some small floating white chunks...
Nose shows overt chocolate and roasted malt along with some fresh roasted coffee. Lovely.
Sweet flavour, more chocolate and softer coffee. A bit too sugary sweet though.
Could use more carbonation and a thicker body.

Süßer, herb schokoladiger Antrunk. Rund würzig, ausgewogen, weiterhin schokoladig, etwas Karamell. Cremig, dunkel, geringe Süße. Sehr gut! 9/12/12/12//12

Bruce’s Birthday Bash at the Craft Clerkenwell. Keg. Opaque dark brown beer, tiny tan head. Smooth palate with minerally carbonation. Pleasant dark chocolate, mildly sweet. Underneath is well buried and slightly bitter dark fruits. But it’s all about the chocolate here. Nice beer!

On tap @ Beer Temple (as Cocio Bajer). Black color. Beige head, quickly receding. Aroma’s: (milk/sweet) chocolate, cocoa powder, roasted malts. Flavor is rather sweet, chocolate, roasted. Body is light to medium. High carbonation. Finishes with more roast, some ash, a bit dry, lightly bitter.

Draft at Beer temple. Pours dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma of coffee, roasted malt, chocolate, lactose and toffee. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Murky brown with a very thin off white head.
Nose is dark malts, toffee, chocolate.
Taste comprises roast malt, chocolate, light coffee notes akin to espresso/tirimasu.
Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, roast coffee finish.
Good stuff.

Draft. A black beer with a faint brown shine at the bottom of the glass under a fluffy dark brown head. The aroma has chocolate and roasted malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of chocolate, lactose, and roasted malt, leading to a dry roasted finish - too roasted to be a chocolate milk

Draft @ beertemple. Aroma is roasty malt, chocolate, slight liquorice. Flavour is thick roasty chocolate, some mocca, slight liquorice. Long lasting chocolate in the finish. Nice one.

Draft @ Mikkeller & Friends, Copenhagen. Pours a dark brown color with a small off-white head. Has a roasted malty coffee and chocolate aroma. Roasted malty coffee and chocolate flavor. Has a roasted malty coffee finish with hints of chocolate.

Clear dark brown colour with a average, open and frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, cocio - chocolate. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, cocio - chocolate, milk chocolate, milky, sugary. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130107]
