On tap. Pours a muddy opaque light brown with a small, off-white head. Intensely fresh Simcoe aroma - very fresh and exotic. Medium body with a fresh and lightly sweet fruitiness, and then again these amazing, peachy Simcoe notes. Luckily the chili only represents a lightly prickly sensation on the tongue - as it should be. Bitter, but not overly so. Good one. 281012

One of the highlights of the dinner! the perfect marriage of hops and chili. Not the prettiest beer, murky brown with a small off white head. Aroma: has loads of fresh cut grass, peach, loads of simcoe, citrussy fruity, green bell peppers, spicyness. capsaicin, fresh vegetables, but in a good way. Taste: The beer is super balanced. you get a hint of spice in the end, which is enough to recognize the jalapenos, but never overwhelming. other than that fruity fresh, peach, simcoe hops, fresh green grass, some sweet caramel, green bell peppers, citrussy fruity! more of this, please!

Served to the great Mikkeller vs Struse beer dinner at Mielcke & Hurtigkarl in Copenhagen. The aroma has pink grape, mango ethelflower and a fine hoppe profile. Hazy Brown with a fine white head. This beer was presented by Mikkel from Mikkeller and the Chef Jacob Mielcke with the words: "This beer is as green as they come. It has lots of american hops and touches of green grass and fresh grapes. Its very easy to drink with a fine balanced chili feeling and some tropical fruit flavours that backs the spicyness with a little sweetness. The palate is light and a bit watery with a long mild spicyfinish with some fruityness. Its a complex but at the same time light beer. Its calm and agressive. Its booom and quite different from other IPAs. I want more of this. Ren og meget tør. Original Bitterhed fra humlen der glider over i en varme og stærkhed 4,2
