Papsoe (25089) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - APR 9, 2010
Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of joergen. Pours an almost opaque milky white with a very lively white head. Aroma of vinegar and Brett. Light body, dry and rustic apple notes, a little vanilla with very dry and dirty vinegar accents - not sour at all though. The carbonation is excessive. Poor. 090410

Anker (723) - Hillerød, DENMARK - APR 2, 2010
Bottle at Plan b. Pours a unclear yellow white colour with a white head. The first sniff made my eyes watering the next was more apple and cheese like. The flavour is dry apples and yeast at first, then after 30 sec. a really bad after taste takes over, kind of rotten apples. To bad this ever made it to the store..

Bottle. High fluffy quickly disappearing white head. Hazy milky light green body. Odd brett aroma with strong yeast notes. Heavily carbonated apple brett flavor with citrus notes. Long yeast aftertaste. Definately not my idea of a cider.
