3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
75 cL bottle. Pours hazy to murky yellow with a huge fizzy white head leaving a small white film on the top. Distinct barnyard and citrusy apple aroma, light yeasty note too. Rather dry and citric flavoured, light yeasty and dry brettish. Immediate finish is dry and citric. Far finish has a distinct flavour of thai/chinese rice chips. Too much going on with champagne and brett yeast at once imho, but certainly a unique cider.

1.3 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20
Bottle at home - shared with Mette. Murky yellow - white head. Light apples, wheaty, food, peanut, sour toes, vegetables, cheese, novo nordisk enzym produktion, very strange - I hope this is a bad bottle - or it evolves over time.
