Bottle @ NK Saluhall. Hazy amber colour with a medium sized white head. Aroma of hops, malt with some citrus. Flavour is slightly bitter, nice balance of hops and malt, a bit sweet. Surprisingly good.

Bottle from Mi-Orge Mi-Houblon, Arlon, Belgium
Pours hazy brown-orange with high, creamy head. Smells hoppy-fruity, citrussy. Starts with bitter fruity hops, lots of grapefruit and citrus. In the background, some pine wood is noticeable. The middle part hat some more pine wood, but the citrus and grapefruit dominates. Some yeasty flavor is noticeable in the background. Goes into a hoppy-bitter and dry finish with lots of grapefruit!

Bottle from Slowbeer. Tasty, quite malty, although it’s not my favourite style. Aromas of citrus, wet leaves, hints of caramel and nuts. Taste is sweet, slightly tart, average length. Palate is creamy, medium bodied. Yellow, with a frothy head.

On tap at Mikkeller & Friends, pours a clear bronze with a medium beige head. Aroma and flavour are very subtle and dry, with dry bready malts, corn, and slightly sweet notes. Pretty boring, with not much character. Not much to this, but drinkable enough.

Hazy golden beer with a large frothy head. Aroma is fruity with notes of papaya, belgian yeast, ripe fruit and caramel. Flavor is fruity with notes of orange, hay, dough and grass. I’ve got a feeling this beer may be slightly oxidized, surprised about the fruity hot alcohol flavors as well.

Poured a clear medium amber with a thin white frothy head and some broken lace. The aroma is fresh, a little creamy I must say, and yeasty. The flavour is medium bitter, with a little smooth fruit on the palate and lingering bitterness in the aftertaste. It reminds me of a Belgian strong ale to be honest and not typically Scandinavian at all. A nice beer, but i’m not so convinced it deserves it’s current rating.

Nice label. Pours murky orange with a slight haze. Aroma is of hops and fresh grass with a bit of toffee. Thin head. Taste is quite mild, but a good balance of hops and malt. A good intro to the Mikkeller range.

Crisp, dry hops, light yellow, small white head. Laid back grassy and fruity hops. Light body. Crisp and clean, but would really like a bit more on every parameter
