Murky dark orange, med head. Smells.. Big fruity hops, some citrus maybe orange, blood orange..tropical some sweet notes too..homey. Tastes.. Pretty fruity a little floral in the hops end but balanced well by hefty malts. A little bitter, but not really bitter for mk. Nice

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Opaque orange blonde with a small white head, fading, leaving a nice lace. Strong malty aromas at first, then a huge orange blossom burst into the aromas. Can defenitely catch the sorachi here. Medium body, bold, rich fruity bitterness, mellow. This must have been huge when fresh! Unfortunately, the age ( 10 months) is noticeable here. Still highly enjoyable 2ipa.

Härlig arom av tuggummi och mango. En mycket trevlig balanserad kropp med en elegant avslutning. Beskan ligger fint i munnen. Bra öl

750 ml from Beer Trappe. Malt/fruit bomb. Some tropical fruit and honey. Bit sweet and malty. Malty bitter nose. I think I expected more.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Poured hazy copper color with an average frothy white head that lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate to heavy citrus hop and earthy malt aroma. Medium to abundant body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Moderate to heavy complex bittersweet flavor with a moderate to heavy complex bittersweet finish of medium to long duration. This is a complex solid beer.

750ml, shared with local raters. Completely hazy orange color. Good thin white head, leaves decent dots of lace. Nice, orangey citrusy aroma. Lightly piney. Nice big spicy hop in the flavor, with a long spicy, herbal hoppy aftertaste. Bigger body. Smooth, soft, kind of crisp lighter carbonation, with a dry finish. Stronger malt presence here, but not in an old, stale way, not too much caramel. Still a satisfying, balanced amount of hops, too. Bigger bitter taste, little sweetness. A satisfying European DIPA, for me.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
750 ml bottle to snifter (shared by DrSilverworm). Looks good for the style; a cloudy orange with white lacing. Smells of bitter hops with a fairly malty backbone. Tastes like it smells with an average mouthfeel. Solid beer.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle aplit at JF’s, acquired from Cotteridge Wines, 19/07/13.
Hazed orange amber with a mahoooosive off white head that thins but stays for the show.
Nose is caramel malt forward, bitter grapefruit, bitter orange, damp cloth, light booze.
Taste comprises hops, bitter grapefruit, orange pith, mineral notes, boozey tones.
Full end of medium bodied, soft carbonation.
OK DIPA but a little over boozey, this aspect could have been worked better.

3.9 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a tawny golden with a thick white head that fades slowly. The first scent is pure grapefruit followed by a hint of alcohol and bubble gum. Taste follows aroma fairly closely with the citrus upfront followed by the alcohol. Alcohol becomes more pronounced as the beer warms and the bitterness starts to set in. A bit of an oily mouthfeel
