UPDATED: OCT 15, 2015 Bottle at home. Pours golden with big white head that disappears quickly. Aroma of light bread, grass, flowers, boiled vegetables, sulphur. Taste fruity-bitter with a little sweetness. Thin bodied. More a German than a Czech pilsener, but a very good one.

33 cl bottle. Quite clear golden yellow, tiny amount of sediments in the pour. Ultra-thin off-white head. Nice aroma of pilsner malt and white bread, no hop notes. Dry, citrusy bitterness hits you immediately. Bittering hops really do what they’re supposed to, and the flavour hops work well together with the munich and carapils grains, making this a well balanced, but in no way a dull or boring pilsner. Brewmaster Keller knows excactly how to "think outside the box" to deliver yet another astonishing product. But I do question the 96/100 rate for style...

Klassisches Pils, sehr gut. Grasig-pilsige Nase, etwas Malzsüße. Am Gaumen grasig, Heu, leicht brotige Malznoten, sehr bitter, herber Abgang, Zitronengras. Sehr süffig und crisp, 1a Pils.

Clear golden with a snow-white head and lacing. Aroma is floral and faint hops. Mouthfeel good balance between dryness and smooth oily feeling. Taste caramell, downsized hops and citrus. Verry refreshing and enjoiabl.

Bottle at Cotteridge Wines. Poured a clear straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is light hop, skunky malt. The flavour is moderate bitter with a big hoppy bitter, light floral palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Beer is golden, clear and has visible carbonation in the glass. I can’t quite put my finger on the aroma. It’s faintly fruity with some spicy and actually some faint grapefruity character, even though this beer only has noble hops. Flavor is quite nice and well balanced. There is a prominent malty character to the flavor that reminds me of a quality german pils. It’s also quite crisp and easy to drink.

Wygląd: Dość wysoka, kremowa i drobno ziarnista piana. Powoli opada z małym lacingiem. Piwo jest jasnozłote, idealnie klarowne. Aromat: wyraźne siarkowe nuty, zielone jabłko, słód i ciasto drożdżowe. Smak: dominuje słodowość i lekka, odświeżająca gorycz. Wyczuć też można nuty trawiaste. Mocno wysycone. Bardzo dobre i lekkie piwo.
