COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
English: Pilsner-style beer brewed with coriander and lemongrass.

Frovigalning (2908) - Örebro, SWEDEN - SEP 28, 2012
Bottle from a shop in Copenhagen. On it’s own it was a slight spicy beer with some coriander. When I tried it with some thaifood it evolved, the malt body got allot more apparent and it married perfectly with the food. Nice beer to combine with food.

Bottle at the CBC Tune-Up, London. Pours clear gold with a medium, white foam head. Mild piney hop nose. Light to medium sweet flavor with light toast, caramel and pine. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. More of the same to finish. It’s nice, though nothing too interesting.

Hazy amber beer. Made with lemongrass and coriander. Frothy white head. Slightly soft palate, just a little dry. Creamy malt with a trace of tea. Pleasant fresh lemon and orange not bitter or sweet - just fresh. Finishes with creamy malt. Clever beer - definitely would go with spicy food but is great solo as well.
