COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
English: Pilsner-style beer brewed with coriander and lemongrass.

Great mikkeller beer again - lovely rounded flavour, not overly hoppy but a good sense of flavour. Loved this! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

330ml bottle. Pours a deep honey amber with a large dirty white head. Citrus and lemon peel aroma that is light and fruity. Full flavoured with a pine flavour mixed with lemon zest. Full flavoured and great with my Thai curry.

5% bottle 30DKK from Mikkeller & Friends. Lovely cloudy honey pour with a decent head of foam. Great spicy lemongrass aroma. Full body, lemon & coriander tastes which does go really well with Asian noodles. Great easy drinking stuff!

I have really been looking forward to rate this beer that must be the first danish beer directly ordered to a restaurant awarded with an michelin-star. The thai restaurant Kiin Kiin. This beer itself is a nice comment to the "wine contra beer" discussion that often takes place round dinner tables. Clear golden like fine apple cider with a head that a pretty thick and snow white. The nose is pretty spicy with some pepper, malts and citric notes. The taste is very fresh with a watery palate - and you feel like drinking most of your glass in one. I can really imagine that it would go perfectly to food with some spicy charecter. The lemongrass contributes to the freshness that has other citric notes too. The finish is long and bitter with a bite

Hazy amber beer. Made with lemongrass and coriander. Frothy white head. Slightly soft palate, just a little dry. Creamy malt with a trace of tea. Pleasant fresh lemon and orange not bitter or sweet - just fresh. Finishes with creamy malt. Clever beer - definitely would go with spicy food but is great solo as well.

Bottle, bought @ Ricemarket, Cph.
Pours hazy yellow-ish golden with a fine, small, creamy, off-white head. Lovely malty aroma, some citrus, ginger and coriander to back it up with a fine note of piney hops. Medium, yet prickly carbonation. Fine and rather fat mouthfeel. Flavour is malty sweet, some good dryness. The lemongrass sticks out well, but it isn’t a bad thing. Very nice dry finish. Lovely, fresh and instantly drinkable.

33 cl. bottle @ Delirium Hoppy Loft // bright amber with a fluffy white ehad // s is light American hops, spices, lemongrass, hints of something coriander-esque // t is light yeast, very light pine, lightly fruity upfront spices, caramel, malt, herbs, lightly fruity, touch lemongrass in the finish, inkling of coriander before the lemongrass pops up // medium bodied // less pale lager-esque than I thought this might be, an okay-ish beer, can imagine this working with asian food, probably how I should have had it

Purchased at Mikkeller & Friends in Copenhagen, DK; enjoyed at my hotel room area in Stockholm, SW. Appearance is a lightly brownish gold with a very fizzy and frothy light tan head. Aroma definitely has an Asian flair, with a bit of soy sauce, spice, lemongrass, green tea, smells pretty good. Taste goes down nicely, has a definite lemongrass finish, nice and dry, there’s a nice light pilsner malty finish as well. I think this is a pretty good one, wish I had this with food, but that’s alright.
