Commercial Description:

Bottle, bought @ Ricemarket, Cph.
Pours hazy yellow-ish golden with a fine, small, creamy, off-white head. Lovely malty aroma, some citrus, ginger and coriander to back it up with a fine note of piney hops. Medium, yet prickly carbonation. Fine and rather fat mouthfeel. Flavour is malty sweet, some good dryness. The lemongrass sticks out well, but it isn’t a bad thing. Very nice dry finish. Lovely, fresh and instantly drinkable.

I have really been looking forward to rate this beer that must be the first danish beer directly ordered to a restaurant awarded with an michelin-star. The thai restaurant Kiin Kiin. This beer itself is a nice comment to the "wine contra beer" discussion that often takes place round dinner tables. Clear golden like fine apple cider with a head that a pretty thick and snow white. The nose is pretty spicy with some pepper, malts and citric notes. The taste is very fresh with a watery palate - and you feel like drinking most of your glass in one. I can really imagine that it would go perfectly to food with some spicy charecter. The lemongrass contributes to the freshness that has other citric notes too. The finish is long and bitter with a bite

Bottled. An amber beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of sweet matl, coriader, and lemon. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of lemongrass, medium notes of coriader, on a lightly malty finish, leading to a dry bitter finish.
