From tap @Mikkeller, Viktoriagade. Hazy orangey gold. Low dense blond head. Nose is light fruity-sour and bretty. Notes of spicy orange-marmelade. Tase is hoppy and light sharp spicy. Orange-fruity flavor, as well. Medium full. Bitter and spicy ending. [25.03.13]

Tap at Mikkeller bar Copenhagen. Fruity and fresh aroma. Nice head and good filling. Pretty proud since the first propper brew I made was very similar to this. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: FEB 9, 2013 Draft.Pours opaque yellow-amber with a foamy lasting and lacing big off white head. Aroma citrus, lemon, honey, spice, funk, tart aromas, sweet malty, medicinal, floral notes,. Taste is near medium sweet and medium bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily/creamy, carbonation is medium and light tart. Finishes hoppy dry and quite funky. A balanced and refreshing brew, that hides the ABV well.

Draft @ Delirium Taphouse, Brussels.

Keg at CPK, London. Pours cloudy, bright gold with large, frothy white head. Big funky nose, brett, feet. Medium sweet flavor, plenty of funky zip, some grass, citrus. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Lightly warming finish, lots of tangy brett, some grass, lemon and orange rind. Good stuff if you like the funk.

Keg at Craft Brixton. Light almost glowing clear yellow colour with a thin white head. Interesting beer, like a hoppy blonde Belgian with a dollop of brett. Quite dry and bitter hop character, floral and slightly herbal, underlaid with the sour brett taste. Dunno quite how you’d classify this but that’s pretty irrelevant, works surprisingly well. Impressive.
