draft. An unclear golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of malt, peaches, oranges, hops, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, peaches, oranges, hops, alcohol, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

From tap at MikkellerBar. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is estery and overripe banana. Sweet, spiced cinnamon and light cardemomme. Mild peppery yeasty noge. Sweet and fruity. Light bitter, estery and light spiced. Dry and bitter finish.

On tap. Cloudy and almost opaque golden with a white head. Tart, funky nose with quite some yeast as well. Medium-bodied, dry fruit, again slightly tart with yeast and phenols. Astringent rather than bitter finish. A different but interesting creature. 080712

Draught at Mikkeller Bar. Hazy golden coloured with a small white head. Sweet and fruity aroma of caramel and grapes with notes of burnt sugar. Sweet and fruity flavour of grass and hops with notes of spices and grapes. Hoppy finish.

Draft @ Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty bitter aroma. Fruity malty hoppy bitter caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter finish.

Draught @ Christian Firtal, Odense. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head and lacings. Nose is brett, mild yeast and hops. Flavor is dry and very bretty. Also it has some exotic hops and a bit of yeast and pepper. Almost reminded me of Ryan and the beaster bunny. A bit more fruit from the hops and less brett and it would be that exact beer.

UPDATED: JUL 10, 2012 Draught at MikkellerBAR. Cloudy amber - white head. Apple. Pear. Light banana notes. Yeast phenols. Bretty notes. Light malty. Light herbal. Wheaty notes. Zesty. .... ReRate: Now it has developed some nice brett taste and flavor, and the banana notes has disappeared. It’s a lot better now !!!

Chopp @ Bishop Arms, Cph. Cloudy like yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma of fruity hops, brett and yeast. Good mouthfeel. Sweet fruity brett yeasty flavour with a pleasant bitterness.

Tap @ Mikkeller, Cph. Hazy orange golden with a small, staying, frothy, off-white head. Aroma has sweet malts, esters, light milky, green apple. Medium carbonation, fine dry and light creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has esters, doughy, crisp, some pepper. Quite dry finish. Light grapefruit.

clear orange, small offwhite head. Slightly belgian yeasty aroma, dusty,yellow fruits, dry.flavor is yeasty, dry, hoppy, dry intepretation of a belgian, with a good dose of bitter yet somewhat hidden hops.
