COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed by Mikkeller at De Proefbrouwerij in Lochristi, Belgium.

’Fad bamse’ is a highly hopped and dry hopped imperial pilsner with a light body and lovely crispyness from the lager yeast.
A Danish pilsner is typically characterized by an alcohol content of 4,6% vol., piss-yellow colour and a sexless, slightly bitter taste. But it doesn’t have to be like this…! Draft Bear is Mikkellers interpretation of a ’pilsner’, heavyweight-style. With its powerful hop notes, high alcohol content and lovely golden appearance, the only reference to the pilsner style is the clean taste of the lager yeast.
Ingredients : Water, malts (pils, carapils and amber), light candy sugar, hops (amarillo and cascade) and lager yeast.

Ogolnie to malo to piwo przypominalo strong lagera. Piana srednia i srednio trwala. Koloru bursztynowego jest to piwo. Alkohol na szczescie nie wyczuwalny.

330ml bottle from Appellation Wines - cheers Ash! Pours clear golden amber, thick white head. Big lemon and orange citrus aroma, light resin too. Taste is a little funky, but more resinous hops. Not a lager by any stretch of the imagination, but a lovely beer.

Color: clear blond golden beer with small carbonation and medium light white foam. Smell: grass, bread, wheat, fruity and hoppy presence. Really appetizing. Taste: nice malt taste, wheat and honey touch. Dry on mouth and watery. Really drinkable and fresh. Aftertaste: nice balance malty and herbal notes.
