33cl bottle. A bit hazy deep red color, medium sized lightly creamy white head. Smell malts, hops, some sweetness. Taste moderate to heavy malty, hops, hugely bitter, slightly a hint of fruit and some sweetness. Kind of a combination between an (I)PA and a barley wine imo. Full body, medium to full carbonation.

Amber with a slightly tan head. Aroma and taste of malt, fruit, caramel and yeast. Also some weak notes of berries. Drinkable.

Hazy dark brown beer. Big frothy biscuit coloured head. Toffee and caramel on the nose. Light dry palate. Toffee caramel malt with a little lactose sweetness. A little aniseed before mild hop bitterness and minerals. FInishes dry.

Bottle @ home. Aroma is thick sugary caramely malt, spices and more. Flavour is like a old belgian ale, aged for a bit too long. Apperently not meant for aging.

Pours red-brown color with small, rapidly dissipating head. Aroma of bun yeast, distant hoppy fruits and some malts. Flavor of yeast, dough and sweet malts. Slick palate with a bitter finish.

Deep brown body, creamy tan body. Rich earthy aroma, crusty apple pie, cinnamon and cloves. Yum. Nice concentrated taste, well justifies the abv. Light prickly body. Well balance between sharp hops and a rough malty, humus base. Some caramel later on. Sticky ending. Well developed but maybe not as smooth as could be. Nice one! (33cl bottle, batch 01.01, reasonably priced)
