12 ounce bottle. Pours a mostly clear golden color with a large white head. A sweet nose of soap and marmalade. Sweet peppery and soapy flavor, some rich oranges, bready. Very nice especially for the ABV. The body is nice. Finishes clean with earthy wheat and more soap.

Bottle. Pale hazy gold pour with a monster fluffy white head. Lots of citrus and grassy hops. Well over a year old and it’s held up remarkably well! Very nice summer brew.
3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20 Imaena (846) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - JAN 9, 2013
Bottle. The smell of this beer is incredible. The pour leaves a blanket of thick white head and a hazy straw colored beer. Of course the body and flavor are different on account of the low alcohol - but its a great brew and I will bust it out again sometime.
2.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20 Prufrockstar (200) - Seattle, Washington, USA - JAN 6, 2013
Pours hazy straw-colored light gold. Big white fluffy head, decent retention. Aroma of citrus, hay, grass. Taste is ... weak. Dry, very little sweetness or bitterness. Thin body, moderate-high carbonation, crisp clean dry finish. Overall: nice and refreshing. Smells more enticing than it tastes/feels, but understandable for the alcohol. Not bad, but also doesn't really excite me.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Nuffield (3348) - Roseville, Minnesota, USA - DEC 19, 2012
I’ve always respected a good low alcohol beer; they know how to do it in Europe. This is pretty reasonable. My bottle gushed upon opening, but settled down with the pour. Hazy dark yellow with a lacing white head. Notes of lemon and ginger in the aroma, and a notably hoppy finish, mildly astringent. A touch yeasty. Not especially well balanced at the end (the bitterness not to my liking) but still very flavorful and drinkable. If some beers get praised for not revealing how much alcohol they have, this should get praise for not seeming like a low abv beer--it could pass for a 6% abv beer. Bottle.

Bottle from perfect pour. Pour golden and effervescent with a fist of white foam. Slight floral vibe nose. Big pine on the tongue but without the bitterness. Finishes clean. This is a great summer beer.

Sampled on 7/21/2012. This low alcohol beer pours a light gold color from a 330ml bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is wheaty and sweet. A medium to light bodied light beer. The malts are wheaty and sweet. The hops are citrusy. Decent carbonation. Good flavor for a 2.8% beer. Drink’in the Sun would be a good beer to be drinkin’ in the Sun! Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
2.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 BlackIPA (717) - Rochester, New York, USA - JUL 24, 2012
So this beer is WELL over a year old now. Thanks to the Pepsiedcan for hooking me up with this gem. Pours cloudy golden with a unbelievable large head the size of my fist. Served at room temperature, cause fuck it, this is supposed to be for drinking in the sun, right? Aromas of hoppy hay, some straw. Taste is pretty good - the hop flavor has held up incredibly well for being so old. Shit, this is hoppier than most fresh Southern Tier beers. Easy drinking, hoppy, light, refreshing. Well executed and I would drink it again if it was 95+ degrees outside. Like.
