12th May 2012 On tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration. Hazy gold beer, little white head. Light semi dry palate. Very mild minerals. Light bretty hops. Very light grapefruit - orange and even a whisper of hop skunk. Light dry finish. I normally avoid these beers like the plague but knew Mikkeller would be worth trying and whilst this is an inevitably thin beer at least you can taste some hops!

330mL all over the place for CBC staff. I cracked one for fun with some CBC crew. Clear golden pour with decent lace. Nose was lemon, floral, strawberry, tropical, some saltwater, funky acetobacter. Taste is rich citrus, pineapple, mango, lychee. Aerated, fluffy, semi oily palate. Very nice. Holy crap I didn’t know this was only 0.7% abv. Holy monkeyyy.
