COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

33cl Bottle from De Molen, birthday gift. Slightly hazy golden colour, fluffy white head. Aroma of fruity hops, grapefruit, lychee, citrus, some wheat, really IPA like. Flavour is very IPA like as well, nice bitter and fruity hoppy flavours, wheat, good grapefruit bitter finish. Light to medium bodied, thick mouthfeel for the ABV. Very nice.

Draught at Blind Tiger. Light yellow with light haze, big white head. Aroma is very light citrus hoppy, toasted grains. Taste is super light with citrus floral hoppy on palate, medium bitter finish. Lots of carbonation, very lively on palate/tongue. Very quaffable. Good.

UPDATED: MAY 20, 2010 Very fresh. There is so much hop in there that it allmost taste like an IPA. It is indeed to be enjoyed on a hot summerday!

Bottle: Frotty white head. Smell is very hoppy (amarillo) and fruity (lemon and orange). Color is slightly hazy yellow. Taste is like a hoppy lemonade, not to sweet, but balanced well with some hints of sour (and fresh) taste. Taste the amarillo hops and water, slight hint of spices. Strange beer, though the low alcohol makes it interesting.

Bottle sampled at Papsø’s on 8/30/09: Pours a transparent deep golden with a small clingy-lacing white head. Aroma of lightly sweet toasty pale malts and some fresh citrusy hops. Starts with average body and mild pale malty sweetness and grassy citrus hop balance before a crisp bittersweet finish. A pretty drinkable and well-balanced hoppy wheat ale.

Bottle. Pours a golden straw with small creamy white head. Slight lacing. Great aromas of sweet malt, caramel and honey and citrus, predominantly grapefruit hops. Hop aromas initially dominate with the malt sweetness coming through as it warms. Flavours are initially quite sweet with hop bitterness coming through near the finish. Mouth feel is a little watery. I really enjoyed this beer.

American wheat ale - more aptly described as a wheaten APA this mid strength beer demonstrates the high-flavour low ABV concept very well. Crisp, floral, grassy hops with thin malt body and a wheaten element.

Bottle 330ml. @ home.
Clear light medium yellow orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, moderate to lgiht heavy hoppy, pine, orange - citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100226]
