Hazy deep gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and minerally crisp. Smooth pale malts. Light minerals. Nice light citrus hops and mild pine. Grapefruit and a touch of floral sweetness. Semi dry finish. Very nice Pils.

Beardaxe (266) - - DEC 17, 2014
Poured from bottle into pint glass. Beautiful golden color with moderate head that quickly dissipated. Nice hoppy aroma. Flavor is reminiscent of an IPA. Moderate hops and sharp bitterness. Last bit spicy and peppery. The body is light as expected, but also buoyant and lively. This was good, clean, and crisp.

Day 10 of Julepakkekalender from Mikkeller. Bottled.

Aroma: Very sweet apricot jam nose. Slight orangepeel, and hoppy smell.
Appearance: Pours a golden brown colour. Minimal/no head. Small amount of yeast sediment.
Taste: A bittersweet hop flavour upfront. Mild orangepeel and lemon aftertaste.
Palate: Bitter at first, followed by a mellow sweet citrus flavour. Light Carbonation. Medium body.
Overall: A stellar pilsner! Simply amazing from the first sip to the last. Bittersweet flavours, with citrus notes, make it a very refreshing beer. A great aroma of apricot!

enjoyed @ 45 F in stemware. 1 finger bubbly head murky orange body. Smells like a standard pilsener but the taste is really nice. light european hops, quite bitter, almost pine cone forward with lemon, honey and melons. finish is bitter and rye and oatmeal forward. good mouthfeel.

330 ml bottle. Pours a golden colour with a frothy white head. Aroma of rich citrusy hops, floral notes and peach fruitiness. Flavour of crisp heavy citrusy bitterness, pungent grapefruitiness, grass, peach, grains and some bread. Light bodied with a long, lingering bitter, grapefruity finish. Great.
