1500ml bottle via the Mikkeller shop. Brown with a light tan head. Nice tartness, berry, fresh, somewhat bretty, all combined with a bit of flanders brown profile to make an interesting nose. Moderate carbonation and body, long dry and tasty finish.

Reddish brown of color with an off white head. An aroma of horseback, sour, dry and fruity. A flavor of red berries, horseback, sour and dry.

Bottle sample at Mikkeller Office at the Stella Tasting. Pours clear orange with a nice head, aroma of brett, fruits, caramel, green tea, flavor is bretty with fruits, wood, wine and floral notes medium to full bodied. Nice.

[5/1/14] Bottle sample at a tasting at Mikkeller HQ in Copenhagen. Clear amber with a big off white head. Sour fruits aroma with some berries, oak, sweat and barnyard. Sour flavor, fruity and oaky with a light sweetish touch, oak, vinous notes and funk. Medium-bodied. Great stuff.

Bottle @ Stella tasting. Pours hazy amber with a lasting small white head. Aroma is stone fruit, apricot, cellar, sour fruit, cranberries, rancio, yoghurt, leather and oak. Taste is near moderate sweet, light bitter and moderate sour. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft+. Finishes dry, mineral and sour. #1000th rating

Provning av Stella serien på Mikkeller HQ dagen före CBC-14. Typisk brettfunk från Mikkeller i doften. Liknar väldigt mycket annat han gör i stilen. Funk och stall, långt från Belgien. Bärig doft med tydlig kåda. Rund och len med härlig syra. Syran och brett har integrerats väl. Kul! Bra bärs. Elegant.

Pours hazy amber with a large off-white head with nice lacings. Aroma with brett, barnyard, wood, citrus notes, cranberries and spicy notes. Sweet flavor that ends up dry and tart. Medium bodied, watery to oilt texture and low carbonation. A great Sour.

1500ml bottle, 405/550, dark amber color, with a big fluffly pale beige head, leaving some laces, nice funky, bretty, yeasty, horse blanket, dusty, musty red berry nose, with a light red wine tannin, tart cranberry, leathery, barnyard, mold note, with a faint wet wheat, pale, pilsener sour mash accent in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a nice yeasty, funky, bretty, earthy sour red berry, acidic cranberry, musty red grape, red wine tannin, oak woody barrel character, with some faint lemon juice acidic, tart rhubarb fruitiness, subtle honeyed wheat, pale malt flavours, with a faint lactic yogurt milkyish undertone, leading towards an earthy, wild funk, brett yeastiness, red berry, lemon, grapefruit acidic juiciness, rhubarb tart fruity, wheat malt, cranberry sourness finish.
