Bottle cheers to Colin. Really enjoyed this one! Purple/burgandy pour with a small, firm white head leaving absolutely amazing, heavy lacing. Looks fantastic in my wine glass. Nose of sweet blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, hay, farmhouse and citric fruit. Lime coming through towards the end. Taste shows light berries with some heavy farmhouse and belgian yeast. Quiet easy going with a little bit of warmth which I don’t mind. Very sessionable. Light tart works nicely. Good stuff. Extra points for looking amazing

Une petite bouteille partagée par SlovakSniper. Drôle de bière un peu difficile à décrire. Une robe rouge avec un semblant de mousse. Un nez de petits fruits rouges, fleurs blanches avec des notes rustiques. Une bouche de houblon, levure, de canneberge, sureau, fruits inconnus mais rouges. Une finale asséchante mais agréable.

Bottle, shared march 9th 2013. Clear deep red body, medium light pink head. Aroma of citrus fruits and red berries, noble hops. Taste of cranberries, orange, crisp malt and light yeasty. Dry palate and a refreshing fruity aftertaste.

Thanks Kev! Une bière ambrée qui tire vers le rouge. Au nez, une petite campagne derrière des petites baies sucrées. Des saveurs bien houblonnées, des herbes, des fruits rouges acidulés, des framboises et des groseilles. Un bon corps. Un pétillement qui chamboule ma bouche. Une texture huileuse. Une finale mordante avec des herbes aux dents longues.

Clear red with low pink head. Dark red berries, hops, and elderflower aroma. Taste is hoppy, metallic, resin, pine, soap, herbs. Very dry, fruity tart, medium body and carbonation

Pours stunning ruby red with high, creamy head. Smell has citrussy hops, paired with delicious red berries and some sweet yeast. Starts bitter hoppy, with some tart fruits and lots of red berries. The middle part is hoppy-bitter, with lots of grapefruit and citrus, asa well as tart red berry fruits. Goes into a dry tart-fruity finish with citrussy hops and some sourish yeast.

Bottle (33 cl) from Kihosk, Copenhagen, Denmark. Clear ruby, large pink head. Piney and citrusy hops dominate the aroma, beneath that there are some peppery and fruity yeast notes. Light to medium bitterness. Dry with strong and slightly salty bitterness.

Bottle at base camp, Utrecht, during a breakfast beer session of pre-Borefts fun. Pours clear red with a frothy, light pink head. Dry, dusty yeast on the nose, some straw, subtle fruits, maybe berries. Light sweet flavor, pretty dry and bitter, with some earth and grape skins. Light bodied with average carbonation. Crisp finish with bitter fruits, pits, grass. Oddly bitter. Some dirt. Not great. Lacks flavor and character in general

33cl bottle from Papsoe. Nice dark rose/red color with thin head. Bitterness is high. Also some sourness and bitterness. Carbonation is medium to high. Aroma is fruity, raspberry, light hop and light cereal.
