375mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma of toasted oak, caramel, and residual sugar. Flavour is intensely cloyingly sweet, too much so. A heap of caramel as well, creating a very thick, creamy palate. Too much sweetness here.

Orange with a pale head. Aroma is orange peel, cognac, brown sugar, apricot. Full bodied, sticky mouthfeel, sweet on the palate with a hint of bitter booze. Flavours are brandy, bitter orange peel, toffee, dried fruits, oak.

Pours hazy orange amber with low white head. Aroma of caramel, toffee, butterscotch, sweet wine barrels. Taste is massive sweet and boozy, slightly fiery sensation in the finish. Rich creamy body with soft carbonation.

Bottle @JB club. Comparing to the other Medium Toasted of the serie. This one is ’warmer’, more syrupy

Habanero (2430) - Tranbjerg, DENMARK - MAY 16, 2014
Bottled. Pours slightly hazy pale amber with an average, lacing off-white head. Aroma of slightly toasted malt, caramel, dark dried fruit, citrus notes and wood. Sweet flavor that ends up more dry with an alcohol burn. Medium bodied, oily texture and soft carb. A very nice barley.

Pours a murky copper color with a tan head that fades to a ring with little lacing. Aroma of dark bread, figs, vanilla and brown sugar. Taste is very sweet with brown sugar, vanilla, some breadiness, dark fruit and honey. Some alcohol booziness and warmth with a little spiciness. Mouthfeel is slick and medium bodied with light carbonation. Maybe the sweetest beer I've ever had as well as the highest ABV. Too sweet for my taste.

2014 bottle to a snifter. Brown honey color with virtually no head. Little bit of a lot of stuff. Grain, bread, vanilla, caramel and honey. Taste is the same with the intense sweetness balanced by the alcohol taste. Cereal and grainy. Only a little oak. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

jahshuwuh (346) - USA - MAY 11, 2014
A murky brown copper with a little bit of ruby. Smells of grape jelly, bread, vanilla, figs, raisin, oak. Very sweet fruity taste, bready, oak taste, vanilla, caramel, brown sugar, honey, ends with a alcohol burn but not as apparent as you would think. Very little bitter, sweet taste is dominate, perhaps a bit too sweet but still enjoyable, the sweetness masks the alcohol. Get some of the oak character toward the end. Pretty good overall for what it is, I was pleasantly surprised. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle (375 ml), courtesy of rlgk. Some more barrel notes compared to Limousine and Centré.
